v01d0x - selected works

v01d0x treats photography as a broken transmission. Using binary titles as structural markers, the project explores how meaning fragments when translated into image- where fear, identity, and environment reflect one another like unstable signals. This section presents selected images from an ongoing project.

Baltic Stories

Baltic Stories explores the Baltic coast in black and white, reducing the landscape to rhythm, contrast, and trace. The images observe the shoreline as a place shaped by time rather than events.

Baltic Stories in Color

In Baltic Stories in Color, the Baltic coast is recorded through muted tones and transitional light. The images move between observation and recollection, where landscape becomes a carrier of mood rather than a fixed location.

Single shots

Single shots presents individual photographs selected outside of long-form projects. Each image stands on its own, defined by composition, tension, and moment rather than sequence.

About

I’m Justyna Rolińska, a I am a visual artist working across multiple mediums, including photography. My practice explores disappearance, fragmentation, and the shifting boundary between the body and its environment. I use images as traces- brief signals from moments when identity bends, dissolves, or transforms.
